Robert Allen AtwoodA 21-year-old man faces homicide charges after a grand jury indictment today.
The Hamilton County grand jury indicted Robert Allen Atwood on charges of vehicular homicide, speeding, failure to maintain lane and DUI in connection with a Dec. 4 car crash.
Dan Basler told the Times Free Press the day after the crash that it appeared Atwood's green Chevrolet Camaro jumped the curb and neighbor's wall on Tennessee Avenue in St. Elmo, bouncing off a tree and striking a truck before hitting Basler's home.
James Travillian, 23, was thrown from the Camaro and died.
