Police reportedly found Gallman in his silver Honda CR-V around 9 a.m. at the intersection of Moore Road and North Terrace Road. Gallman was transported to an area hospital and died as the result of at least one gunshot wound.

Following eywitness testimonies, police tracked a suspect - reportedly driving a gold sedan - to 706 South Lovell Avenue in East Ridge. Richard Manning, 62, who lives at that address, was taken into custody and charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault.
