Investigators found three stolen vehicles, a stolen trailer, a stolen license plate and narcotics for sale at a Rossville residence Thursday, according to the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office.
A news release from the department states 33-year-old Wesley Cecil Sparks is charged with four counts of theft, one count of possession of meth with the intent to distribute and possession of schedule II narcotics in connection to the find by police.
Megan Leeann Cross, 18, is charged with two counts of theft, possession of schedule IV narcotics and possession of schedule II narcotics, also in connection to the find.
