Because of forecasts of storms and heavy rains later this week, Soddy-Daisy has announced its fireworks and other activities planned for July 4 have been reset to be held during the Pumpkin Festival on Oct. 5.
Soddy-Daisy Poice Chief Phil Hamrick made the announcement of the postponement.
