Judge declares mistrial in murder trial of Kaylon Bailey

Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge this morning declared a mistrial in the murder trial of Kaylon Bailey, charged in connection with the Jan. 13, 2012 shooting death of Kima Evans.

A juror was reportedly looking up things about the case when ordered not to by the judge.

Testimony in the case began Tuesday.

Evans was struck at least five times by bullets while he sat in the passenger side of a car.
