Emergency personnel responded to Highway 58 just before 8 p.m. Monday night for a car wreck with entrapment.
The accident happened at 7:37 p.m. on Highway 58 near Hickory Valley Road, according to a spokesman for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The southbound lanes of Highway 58 have been shut down for the Life Force helicopter, which will be transporting the injured to Erlanger for treatment.
