ATLANTA - A candlelight vigil is planned for 10-year-old Emani Moss, whose emaciated and burned body was found in a trash bin.

WXIA-TV reports that the vigil is set for 7 p.m. today at the Greater Travelers Rest Baptist Church on Flat Shoals Parkway in the Decatur area of DeKalb County.
