Three of four criminal charges were dropped this morning against University of Tennessee at Chattanooga student Cole Montalvo, who was wrestled to the ground by campus police and security officers on Nov. 13 after Montalvo crossed a "free speech" perimeter to question street preacher Angela Cummings.
