Chattanooga police still seeking suspect in Cohutta Bank robbery

Chattanooga police are still searching for the suspect in the May 22 robbery of the Cohutta Bank at 5613 Highway 153.

At about 2:47 p.m. that day, a black male entered the bank and gave a teller a note that read "give me your money... don't make a scene." The teller complied with the note, and the suspect left with the money. No weapons were used or implied by the suspect during the robbery and no on was injured.

The suspect is described as a dark skinned, unshaven black male with a medium build. He was wearing a baseball hat, a long sleeve white button down shirt, blue jeans and dark shoes.
