Hamilton County Commissioners just voted to reappoint board member Jennifer Stanley to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Hospital Authority Board of Trustees.
The vote passed 7-1, with one abstention, after a failed effort by Commissioners Tim Boyd and Joe Graham to postpone the appointment until the State Attorney General releases an opinion concerning whether the Erlanger board violated the Open Meetings Act before it voted to pay nearly $2 million in executive bonuses in December.
