Kenneth Jason FranklinAccording to its Facebook page, the Grundy County Sheriff's Department is looking for an escaped inmate.
Kenneth Jason Franklin escaped during a worship service Wednesday evening. A facilitator had let Franklin leave the service unsupervised to use the restroom.
Franklin is a 43-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He's 5'9 and weighs 150 pounds.
The post said Franklin had been in jail since April 9 on a violation of community corrections charge, as well as felony evading, reckless endangerment and assault with a motor vehicle. He was also being held on possible charges out of Warren County stemming from a pursuit.
The post said Franklin has not had a history of violence, but advised not to attempt to apprehend him if you see him. Instead, call 911 or the Grundy County Sheriff's Office at 931-692-3466.
