The Hamilton County court complex at 600 Market St. is reopened after a bomb threat this morning.

It was the third such threat at the same building in three months. Threats in November and December shut down two other Chattanooga court buildings as well.

Chattanooga police said they treated today's threat as real, evacuating the Market St. complex around 10 a.m.

After investigators with the K9 and bomb units swept the building, it was reopened shortly after 11 a.m.
