Weekend ends with fourth shooting in 24 hours

Chattanooga Police responded to a person shot call at 11:18 p.m. Sunday night on the 200 block of West 38th Street.

On scene, police found a victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim, identified as 23-year-old Aaron Mitchell, was treated on scene and taken to a local hospital.

Police are looking for a dark colored sedan in relation to the shooting.

This is the fourth reported shooting in the last 24 hours. So far, only one of the four shootings has been fatal.
