Catoosa County, Ga., officials say no bonds have been set for two adult teens charged on grand jury indictments with raping an underage girl in November 2015.

On Thursday, Brett Leland Hardy, 19, a second suspect in the case, surrendered to authorities on charges of rape, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and furnishing alcohol to a minor, officials said.

Destin Randall Noble, 18, turned himself in earlier this week on charges of rape, aggravated child molestation and furnishing alcohol for a minor, officials said.

According to an incident report from the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office, the crime occurred at some point between 11 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 4 a.m. on Nov. 8. The victim told investigators that she had been at a friend's house when someone gave her alcohol. She then left with Hardy, who had sex with her in an area off of Alabama Highway.

The sheriff's office found out about the case on Nov. 19 after the victim went to TC Thompson Children's Hospital at Erlanger, according to the incident report.

Investigators later charged Noble after finding out that he was also involved in the sexual activity, according to the incident report.
