Daniel Theodore Stinnett, 49, was arrested at a home on Corvin Road and charged with first-degree murder.A man wanted for attempted first-degree murder in Polk County has been arrested and is being held in the Bradley County jail.
Daniel Theodore Stinnett, 49, was arrested at a home on Corvin Road and a weapon believed to have been used during the crime was recovered at the scene of the arrest, according to a news release.
Stinnett will be transferred to the custody of the Polk County Sheriff's Office at a later time.
