The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is investigating a death Thursday at the Juvenile Detention Center.
Sheriff's office spokeswoman Janice Atkinson said late Thursday evening that police were actively involved in the death investigation, but it still was in its preliminary stage.
More information will be released as it becomes available, she said.
