For anyone who wants to know more about severe weather, the National Weather Service is holding a free seminar Thursday at Lee University.
The seminar will be at 6 p.m. in the Math/Science Building at the corner of North Ocoee Street and Billy Graham Parkway.
The two-hour seminar includes PowerPoint and video presentations by the weather service. Those completing it will receive a two-year certificate and become part of the weather Service's volunteer storm spotters network.
The class was organized by the Auxiliary Communications Service of Cleveland and Bradley County.
