Good Deed: Thanks to five strangers, woman with flat is helped

I was driving on Mountain Creek Road when I struck something in the road and blew out a tire. I was able to get into a convenience store parking lot before the tire went completely flat. I phoned for roadside assistance but couldn't verify how long I might have to wait.

Two customers at the store, Crystal Jordan and her mother, asked if they could help and said they could change my tire. Other customers also offered help. Their combined efforts had my spare on and kept me from having to wait in the cold for roadside assistance.

There are so many good, helpful people still around. I was very fortunate and thankful to have met five that cold, dark night.
