State departments don't want to use new $46,000 TN logo

Multiple state departments want exemptions from having to use Tennessee's new logo.

Governor Bill Haslam said he understands if people don't like the new design, which cost $46,000 dollars.

He hasn't said which departments want an exception, but adds there might be some situations where an exemption could be provided.
