Conveniently located in North Hixson, a mere five-minute drive from Highway 27, Woodridge Neighborhood offers simple, quaint and quality Craftsman-style homes at affordable prices.
The 28-lot cul-de-sac neighborhood is nearly 75 percent fully complete but still has plenty of available lots upon which to build one's own custom home, said Grace Frank, marketing realtor for developer Woodridge.
"Woodridge is a low-key community that is rural and quiet," she said, adding that most lot sizes average around one-third an acre and the entire neighborhood is on city water. "It's surrounded by plenty of trees and is conveniently and centrally located to the city of Chattanooga. Joe Wall, owner of Wall Homes and developer of Woodridge, builds really great quality homes with beautiful floor plans." To usher buyers through the designing and building process is Wall Homes designer Tony Thompson. Wall said his company, which does all the landscaping for the neighborhood, is "trying to keep the home prices attractive at under $200,000. The neighborhood doesn't have homeowners' association fees, either," he noted.
Wall has been building and developing homes since 1995 and Woodridge Neighborhood, located off South Dent Road, is its fourth development.
