HOOVER, Ala. - Tennessee added its fourth football commitment in as many days on Sunday, and for the third day in a row, it was a four-star prospect joining the Volunteers' 2014 class.

Norcross (Ga.) High School linebacker Kevin Mouhon continued Tennessee's July recruiting roll when he announced his pledge. The 6-foot-2, 225-pound prospect long favored the Vols and decided to end his recruitment while on campus this weekend. Rivals.com ranks Mouhon as the No. 15 outside linebacker prospect and the No. 21 player in Georgia.

His older brother, Silverberry, plays defensive end at Cincinnati and signed for the Bearcats and Butch Jones in 2011, which gave Kevin a previous connection with Tennessee's first-year coach, and the Vols have one other Norcross product (redshirt freshman receiver Jason Croom) on the roster.

Kevin Mouhon compiled scholarship offers from a number of big-time programs, including Ohio State, Oregon, Florida, Florida State, Louisville, Auburn, Notre Dame, Penn State, Miami, Wisconsin and Oklahoma State, among others.

He adds to an impressive linebacker class. The Vols could lose five players at the position and need depth behind Curt Maggitt and A.J. Johnson, the SEC's leading tackler last season as a sophomore who's a candidate to depart for the NFL after this season. Tennessee signed just one linebacker in 2012 (Kenny Bynum) and none last year after early enrollee Corey Vereen showed promise as a defensive end in spring practice.

Of the five linebackers committed in Tennessee's 2014 class, five are rated as four-star prospects by 247sports.com

Dillon Bates (Ponte Vedra, Fla.) and Gavin Bryant (Jackson, Ala.) are top-250 prospects according to 247sports.com. Chris Weatherd, the 6-foot-4, 225-pounder from Trinity Valley Community College in Texas, gives the Vols' a junior-college option. Jerome Dews, a two-star prospect from the Washington D.C. area, is a grayshirt candidate.

The Vols, who signed 23 players in last year's class, now have 24 commitments and have added six since Monday during what they've dubbed "Foundation Week."
