Merry Christmas everyone. Remember the mailbag for Friday's 5-at-10, and know that the crack web team is still working to make the comments easier.

From the "Talks too much" studios, that Santa Claus is, like Ferris Bueller, a righteous dude.

We normally have a short top-5 list on holidays, and today is no exception.

In honor of the almost unbelievable finish to the Bahama Bowl and nothing screams holiday tradition like the Bahama Bowl in which Central Michigan scored on an 80-yard Hail Mary and lateral in a crazy 49-48 loss, let's go with our list of the top Hail Mary touchdowns in college football.

But first, let's recap how the "Hail Mary" became the "Hail Mary." According to legend, a non-Catholic in the huddle for Notre Dame, which was struggling to move the ball against Georgia Tech in 1922, said, "Boys, let's have a Hail Mary." The Irish scored on the next play. It happened again on the next Irish series and afterward Knute Rockne said, "That 'Hail Mary' is the best play we got."

Flutie's heave. No doubter.

Kordell Stewart to Michael Westbrook in the Big House to beat Michigan
Nick Marshall to Ricardo Louis in Auburn's Miracle win over Georgia. This one was not on the last play but it still was pretty amazing nonetheless.

What's your favorite?
Merry Christmas and remember the mailbag.
