Thursday's recap: Chattanooga continued its winning ways by taking the series opener in Biloxi, Miss. The Lookouts trailed 4-1 entering the fourth inning, when they pulled within a run on Chris Paul's two-run home run to left-center field. Chattanooga, which improved to 27-14 overall and 14-2 in May, tied the game in the fifth on a LaMonte Wade homer to left and then forged ahead moments later when Brent Rooker doubled and Zander Wiel followed with a two-run homer to left-center.

Next up: Game two of a five-game series in Biloxi is tonight at 7:35 EDT.

Pitchers: Kohl Stewart (3-1, 5.40) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Cody Ponce (1-2, 6.20) scheduled for the Shuckers.
