SWEETWATER Timothy Joe Whitmire, 47 passed away Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011 in a Knoxville hospital.He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Ann Whitmire; father, Billy Joe Whitmire; sister, Mary Jo Whitmire; grandparents, Chester and Mary Louise Clayton and Ralph and Daisy Whitmire.Survivors include his mother, Charlotte ClaytonWhitmore; daughter, Jenna (Andrew) Rucker, Sweetwater; step-son, Robbie (Kim) Whitmire, Loudon; sisters, Teresa (Bobby) and Cindy (Steve) Johnson, Signal Mountain; brother, Greg(Melissa) Whitmire, Loudon; grandchildren, Briana, Braxton, Chase, and Brittany; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. CDT Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011 in the Ewton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.
