Belva Philpot

TRENTON Belva Jean Philpot, 64, died Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Philpot was retired from Burner Systems of Chattanooga and a graduate of Dade County High School Class of 1966. She was a member of the Piney Grove Baptist Church.Mrs. Philpot was preceded in death by her husband Rick Philpot and father, Fred Wheeler.Surviving are son, Eddie Philpot, Trenton, Ga.; mother, Bonnie Wheeler, Trenton, Ga.; sisters, Betty Cates, Becky Edwards of Trenton, Ga. and Rosemary West, Ider, Ala.; brothers, Albert Wheeler, Joe Wheeler, Kenny Wheeler all of Trenton, Ga. and Lewis Wheeler of Ider, Ala.; also several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday May 1, at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. John Smith officiating. Interment will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.
