Ruby Byrum

Ruby Jean Byrum, 82, of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at her home.She was a native of Blountsville, Ala., to the late Onus Rogers and Ruby G. Hudson.She was a member of Mile Straight Baptist Church.Her husband, Bob Byrum and one brother, Roy Hudson preceded her in death.Survivors include her daughter, Pam (William) Templeton of Soddy-Daisy; four grandchildren, Katie Clingan, of Washington, D.C., Courtney Clingan, of Soddy-Daisy, John (Janet) Templeton, of Murfreesboro, Holly Templeton, of Washington, D.C.; one great-grandchild, Riley Templeton, of Murfreesboro; and two brothers, James Hudson; and Ronnie (Sandra), both of Blountsville.Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, P.O.
