Thilbert Petty

Thilbert "T-bird" Petty, 52, was called home to be with the Lord on Dec. 12, 2012. He was born Sept. 2, 1960. He was a member of the House of God Church. He was preceded in death by his father, William Petty, Sr. Survivors include his mother, Alice Petty; daughter, Michelle; son, Carvonta; grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers; a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
