Cleve Armstrong

Cleve Armstrong, 60, a resident of Red Bank, died on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012.Born in Jacksonville, Ill., he was a graduate of Hixson High School. A printer by trade, he was employed by National Printing and had formerly worked for Arcade.He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Armstrong.Survivors include his father, Fred Armstrong, of Chattanooga; daughter, Lillian Armstrong; stepson, Charley Blevins; and their mother, Kathy Veasey, all of Chattanooga; sister, Martha Langer, of Manassas, Va.; twin sister, Joyce Armstrong, of Salem, Ore.; and a brother, Chris Armstrong, of Nashville.A gathering for friends will be held from 5-7 p.m. today, Dec. 27, 2012, at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Chattanooga Public Library.Share condolences and memories with the family by visiting www.hamiltonfuneraloptions.com.Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson. 423-531-3975.
