Freida Andrews

Freida Julie Andrews, 64, of Chattanooga, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012.She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, was of the Methodist faith and was previously employed as a teacher with the Orange Grove Center for more than seveb years after graduating from UT of Knoxville. She was also a Patrol Officer for Sheriff Evitt of Hamilton County, worked at Silverdale Correctional facility and more recently was the owner and operator of Andrews Towing and Recovery.She was preceded in death by her parents, Freeman and Hattie Keith; and her brother, Randall Keith.Survivors include her loving husband of more than 38 years, Ben Andrews, of Chattanooga; two sons, Todd Klein, of Chattanooga, and Jeff Klein, of Rossville; two sisters, Jeanette Howard and Sonya Derrick, both of Chattanooga; two grandchildren, Corey and Erica Klein; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Brother Donnie McMillan officiating.Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will begin receiving friends after 4 p.m. Wednesday and prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.Arrangements by W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes, Fort Oglethorpe.
