Sarah Hunt

Sarah W. Hunt, 97, died on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, in a local healthcare facility.Sarah was a longtime resident of Signal Mountain. She was employed in the insurance business for many years and retired from AGA Inc. She was a former member of Insurance Women of Chattanooga. Sarah was a member of First Baptist Church, Golden Gateway, Chattanooga.Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, B. Paxon "Pack" Hunt.Sarah is survived by a niece, Patty Ann Sanborn, of Burlington, Kan.; a nephew, Ben Allen, of Hemet, Calif.; a cousin, Rowe St. Clarie, of Overland Park, Kan.Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at Wann Funeral Home with Dr. Thomas Quisenberry officiating.Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.Arrangements are by Wann Funeral Home.
