DAYTON Cena Helen Jewell, 86, died Monday, July 9, 2012, at Spring City Care & Rehab.She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County, was retired from Kayser Roth after 45 years of service. Andy was a member of Salem Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by husband, Oliver Jewell; parents, Obie and Louella Whitfield Austin; two brothers, Eugene and Wallace Austin; sister, Billie June Austin.Survivors: daughter, Diana (Jim) Fitzgerald, Dayton; several nieces and nephews.Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Wallis and Rev.
