Annie Quinn

ROSSVILLE Annie Quinn, 95, died Monday, July 16, 2012, at her residence.She was born April 11, 1917, in Knoxville, to the late Andrew and Estella Skelf. Mrs. Quinn was a lifelong member of the First Church of the Nazarene and the Sallie Dickson Sunday School Class, which she served in many positions. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Miles Thomas Quinn.Survivors are son, Dr. James (Patsy) Quinn; daughter, Barbara Quinn (Don) Garrett; grandchildren, Robb Garrett, Phoenix, Ariz., Donna Quinn Andrews, Knoxville, Tenn., Deborah Quinn Christensen, Montgomery, Ala., Michael Quinn, Knoxville, and Laurie Quinn, Loewenberg, Tampa, Fla.; five great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; brother, Kenneth Skelf, Rossville; sister, Sue Adams, Rossville; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Eric Johnson and the Rev. John Andrus officiating.Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
