Charlie Javier Ortiz, 55, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2012.Mr. Ortiz was born in Lajas, Puerto Rico, to the late Ramon Ortiz and Carmen Pagan. He was the former owner of Southern Automotive Machine Shop in Fort Payne, Ala.
