"Pete" Weldon, 86, died Monday, June 18, 2012, at his residence.Survivors include, wife of 65 years, Betty Satterfield Weldon; son, Jeff (Misty) Weldon Sr.; daughters, Sandra Allison, Rita (Hugh) Floyd; grandchildren, Shane Allison, Russell (Karen) Godwin, Jeff (Aleshia) Weldon Jr., Jaxson Weldon, Julie (Frog) Crow, Jessica (Micheal) Ellis, JaLee Weldon; great-grandchildren, Amanda and Savannah McElrath, Alex and Victoria Godwin, Lillie and Mattie Weldon, Connor and Brayden Ellis, Taylor and Brittney Allison; brother, Clayton Weldon; sisters, Inez West, Betty White and Christine Ferrell.Funeral services are at 6 p.m. Thursday at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Brother Johnny Ellison and Brother Jimmy Carson officiating.Burial to follow in Weldon cemetery with military honors. Family will receive friends from noon to 8 p.m. today and 10 a.m. until service time on Thursday.
