ROSALIE Lillie Mae Roach Samples, 84, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at her residence. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Fay (Kenneth) Westmoreland, Mary (Richard) Honeycheck, Bobbie (Scott) Brooks, Judy Akins; son and daughter-in-law, James "Bub" (Gevetta) Samples, Jerry (Janet) Samples; sisters, Mildred Williams and Betty Ann Koger; 25 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.Mrs. Samples was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Annie Harris Roach; husband, Oren Reece Sample; son, Ralph Leroy Samples; brothers, Edward and William Roach; sisters, Imogene Phillips, Beatrice Chisenall, Judy Howard and Ortha Thurmond.
