Betty Palmer

ROSSVILLE Betty Charlotte Wallace Palmer, 65, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her dogs.She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred "Bo" and Jane Wallace.Survivors include her daughter, April Adams, of Rossville, Ga.; two sisters, Freddie Walden, of East Ridge, Tenn., and Melva Shull, of Red Bank, Tenn.; two granddaughters, Beth and Kristy Adams; one great-grandson, Hayden Vandergriff and several nieces and nephews.Services will be private, but the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.Arrangements by W.L.
