JASPER Janice Y. Dalton Adkins, 50, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012.She had worked in customer service at Blue Cross.Janice was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Belk Dalton.She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Greg A.
