WHITWELL Eugene Layne 58, expired Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at a local hospital.He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Gracie Layne; maternal grandmother, Anniebelle Cox, Jasper, Tenn.He is survived by sister, Gail (Greg) Layne; three nieces Alycia Johnson, Shannon Rollins, Whitwell, Shawna Brown, Jasper; and one nephew, William Samual Graham, Powells Crossroads, Tenn.; great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody, Whitney, Caitlin, Zachary, Peyton and Chloy.Service will be 2 p.m. CDT Sunday in the chapel of Reed Funeral Home, Whitwell, with the Rev.
