Madallne Mills Rogers, 87, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2013.Madallne was a hairdresser for over 50 years.Past President of Tennesee Cosmetology Association. She attended Wayside Presbyterian Church.Madallne is preceded in death by her husband James Will Rogers; parents C.D. and Hartense Simmons Mills Sr; stepmother Carmel Mills; brothers Fred ( Hazel) Mills, Haskell (Minnie V.) Mills, Brian (Ruth)Mills, Samuel (Irene) Mills, C.D. Mills Jr., Hoover (Thelma) Mills; sister Mary Lou Hobort Cotter.Madallne is survived by her brother, Gene (Annette) Mills, Mike (Cindy) Mills and Joe (Rebecca) Mills; sisters, Lois Mansfield and Sue Mills; sister-in-law, Willie Ruth Mills.The family will receive friends today from Noon until time of service at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel,Funeral service will conducted at 1 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
