Mike Dunn

KENNESAW Robert "Mike" Dunn, 58, of Kennesaw and Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, April 19, 2013.He served in the U.S. Army several years retiring as a lieutenant colonel. Mr. Dunn was a devoted father and grandfather and most of all, he loved the Lord. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Ga. His passions were for the outdoors, friends and family.Mr. Dunn was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Hazel Dunn.Surviving are daughters, Chrissy (Michael) Quinn, Ringgold, Ga., Tiffany (Rick) Moore, Rossville, Angela Dunn Woody, Ringgold; brothers, Buddy and Brad Dunn, both of Chattanooga; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.In lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to Lottie Moon care of New Home Baptist Church, 1334 Ballard Road, Trenton, GA 30752.Funeral services will be noon today, April 26, at Temple Baptist Church in Chattanooga, with Brother Shad Smith and Brother Greg Moss officiating.Interment will be in New Home Baptist Cemetery with full Military Honors.Family will receive friends at Temple Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until service time today.Visit www.RyanFuneralHome.net to share memories and condolences.Arrangements are by Ryan Funeral Home, Trenton.
