LaFAYETTE Stephanie Elaine West Poss, 34, departed this life Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013.She was born Sept. 23, 1978 in Chattanooga. She was of the Christian faith, a longtime employee of Wal-Mart in LaFayette, and she enjoyed collecting Barbie Dolls and boating.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ruby and Junior West and Clarence Cordell.Survivors include her husband, Chad David Poss; parents, Billy Ray and Shelia Elaine West, all of LaFayette; two daughters, Samantha and Kaitlyn Poss, of Ringgold; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy Wayne and Mary Elizabeth West, of LaFayette, Brian Lee and Tanya Rena West, of Ringgold; grandmother, Willodean Cordell, of LaFayette; four nieces and nephews, James, Ashley, Racheal and Kaitlynn; several aunts, uncles and cousins.The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. today and Wednesday from 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. at the funeral home.The funeral service will be held Thursday at noon in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Russell Swafford officiating.Interment will follow in LaFayette Cemetery.Online register book available at www.wilsonfuneralhome.com.
