R. Stephen Tingle, prominent commercial real estate developer, 67, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Aug. 7, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8451 East Brainerd Road with Rev. Mike Steele.Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with his nephews, David, Michael, Mitch and Scott Tingle; his niece, Gina Arnold and friends Bill Jensen, Steve Holmes, Jim Coppinger and Geoff Smith serving as pallbearers.The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to Make-A-Wish East Tennessee, 510 S.
