CHICKAMAUGA Marilyn Elizabeth Cowan, 65, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013.Marilyn is a member of Old Fort Baptist Church in Fort Oglethorpe.Survived by husband of 33 years, Jerry Cowan, of Chickamauga; sons, Mike Cowan, of Chickamauga and Stewart and wife, Martha Cowan, of Newnan, Ga.; sister, Vicky Blevins, of Boca Raton, Fla.; grandchildren, Sarah Cowan, Jessie and husband, Corey Graham, Cameron Cowan, Ashtin and husband, T.J. Clements; great-grandchildren, Sayler Clements and Emily Graham; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Service conducted by the Rev.
