Constance Mottle Richard, 49, died on Monday Aug. 26, 2013.She was born June 10, 1964 to the late Pam Mottle and her surviving father Tom Mottle, in Miami, Fla.Connie is survived by her beloved husband Joseph Richard; and their two children Mary-Jo 19, and Joseph 14.Connie graduated from Clemson University. She married Joseph Richard in 1985, and they lived together in Miami, Fla., before relocating to Ringgold Ga., this past year.She will be missed eternally by all the lives she has touched profoundly. Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37421.
