Dorothy Lauderdale

Dorothy E. Lauderdale, 85 , passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013. A native of Harrison she was a member of Denny Hill Baptist Church and P.A.C.E. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Lauderdale; parents, Buck and Eva Hogan; three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara (Johnny) Shipley and Margaret Puchala, both of Ringgold; one brother, Ben "Earlene" Hogan, of Harrison and sister-in-law, Brenda Hogan of East Ridge; six grandchildren, Thomas Shipley and fiancee, Allison, Johnny Shipley III, Mary Bowen and friend, Donnie Wikey, Eva Inman, Lora (Mario) Del Mazo and Willis Lauderdale; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Carolyn, Buster and Ben Hogan. Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel with Rev.Clarence Hodge officiating.
