Barbara Orsbourn

Barbara Ann Brown Orsbourn, 78, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013. She was a member of Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a foster mother for 41 years serving more than 241 children. Survivors include her devoted husband of 60 years, Ernest Orsbourn; children, Diane (Dale) Depew, Todd Orsbourn, Beth (Bart) Crattie and Eric Orsbourn; grandchildren, Amy (Bob) Bennett, Lori (Micky) Sharp and Corey Orsbourn, five great-grandsons, Collin Sharp, Luke, Matt, Christian and Jake Bennett; sister, Beatrice Green; brother, Jerry Brown. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday in Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church.
