Diana Rutledge

Diana B. Rutledge, 63, passed away Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church and worked with the AWANA group. She was retired from the Bradley County School System ten years ago after 30 years of service with the last 22 years of her career at Michigan Avenue School as a kindergarten teacher. After her retirement she volunteered at the YMCA for their home school program. She was preceded in death by her father, Nolan Eugene Bradley, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Wiley M. Rutledge, of Cleveland; mother, Eloise Bradley, of Gallatin, Tenn.; one son, Wiley A. Rutledge and wife, Beth H., of Cleveland; one grandchild, Elle Elizabeth-Eloise Rutledge; one sister, Sharon Bonds and husband, Kenny, of Adolphus, Ky.; two brothers, Nolan Eugene Bradley III and wife, Teresa, and David Lee Bradley and wife, Beth, all of Gallatin, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews also survive. A celebration of Life service was conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Westwood Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Smart and Pastor Jim Caywood officiating.
