Jeffrey Kokoszka

Jeffrey William Kokoszka, 50, passed away Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, in a local hospital. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Jeffrey was an avid fisherman, a member of the Chattanooga Bass Association and fished tournaments in and around Chattanooga with his son, Logan. He was employed with Burtco Tufting in Chickamauga, as a specialty carpet machine operator. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jill Kokoszka. Survivors include his wife, Jamie Capps Kokoszka; son, Logan Kokoszka; parents, Bob and Bernie Kokoszka; sister, Teresa (Chuck) Bledsoe; brothers, Rob (Sandy) Kokoszka, Tony (Eileen) Capasso; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chickamauga City Cemetery with Father Mike Creson officiating. There will be no visitation.
