CLEVELAND Leon Austin , 80, passed away Monday morning, Feb. 25, 2013, in a Chattanooga health care facility.The family will receive friends 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at the North Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who will announce survivors and complete funeral arrangements.
