Wedia Pearl Strong, 94, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, in Buffalo, N.Y.She attended Howard High School and was married to the late Clifton "Bill" Strong.She was preceded in death by parents, Tom and Fannie Chatmon; and six brothers and sisters.She is survived by sister, Ella Mae Savage; nieces, Lillie Glenn, La'Nita (Frank) Jones, Annie (Rufus) Benning, and Oceola (Walter) Few, all of Chattanooga; and other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 26, in Buffalo.Arrangements by Thomas Edward Funeral Home.
